Our Community ReGrant program is designed to uplift and empower changemakers like you.

Made possible by the generosity of our community, ReGrant provides financial support to women who want to offer educational workshops and meaningful gatherings that meet the needs of active farmers, ranchers, and land stewards in their home communities. Our ReGrant Initiative is a community-grown, community-led web of knowledge, leadership, and opportunity. Like pollinators in motion, this work spreads — rancher to rancher, community to community.

We Welcome Applications From

  • First-time or emerging facilitators or educators with seven or fewer years of facilitation or instruction experience
  • Community members who face notable barriers to offering public workshops (e.g., limited access to funding, supplies, or other resources)
  • Women who are working to meet the needs of the active farmers, ranchers, and land stewards in their rural agricultural communities

What ReGrant funds

Our ReGrant program funds women-led educational workshops and other meaningful gatherings that align with WIR’s mission:to offer tactical, accessible, hands-on learning opportunities that empower and nurture rural leaders of all generations. This work models women-centered power, building the courage, compassion and confidence to collectively heal, restore, and pursue the lives we want.
